Usage & Fair Use Policy: Subscriptions are subject to a Fair Use Policy (FUP) regarding concurrent call paths and total monthly minutes. Excessive use that degrades system performance for other users may result in temporary throttling or a transition to enterprise-tier billing.

Client Clinical/Operational Indemnity: The Client retains ultimate authority over Nova’s scripts. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that triage logic, emergency definitions, and "Red Flag" triggers align with their specific professional indemnity insurance and local practice protocols.

Third-Party Ecosystems: Nova’s utility relies on integrations (e.g., EXACT, Dentally, Fixflo). We are not liable for service interruptions, data synchronization delays, or API failures originating from these third-party Practice Management or Property systems.
